You Can Make Simple Scrapbook Layouts

They get overwhelmed with their page design layouts. Rather than try for simple scrapbook layouts they often try to cram every detail and every embellishment they like on one page. With too many page elements and journaling on a page, it’s easy for your layout to look overwhelming or too busy. You will often discover that when you compose simple scrapbook layouts your albums will be more inspiring and appealing to the eye and of course easier to design and compose.
One quick idea for making a simple scrapbook layout is to remove a few embellishments or journaling before you complete your page. When you have your entire page layout sitting out but not yet adhered to the page, just take away an item or two even if you don’t think it’s a good idea at first. Then, take a look over your layout again and see if it is more appealing and eye catching. Try to notice what keeps them simple but appealing. Is it the journaling, the page elements or something else? If you really examine these page layouts and really try to critique them, you will learn how to make your own simple scrapbook layouts instead of trying to put too many items on a page creating messy, unbalanced, overcrowded pages!
